    • Your Buyer/Seller ​Clients

    • Lender

    • Escrow

    • Cooperating Agent

  • You, the Agent, are included on EVERY communication!

 

For Your Client:

  • Throughout Process:

    • Simplified “Home Journey” Emails for your Clients, including Deadlines & Required Actions. 

      • For Buyers, an “Out of Option: Next Steps” with recommendations for Utilities and Agent Provided Vendor List. Utility Information will be requested from Listing Agent.

      • For Sellers, an “Out of Option: Next Steps” with recommendations for ending/transferring Utilities & Smart Home Devices and, if applicable, an Agent Provided Vendor List.

      • For more in depth “Home Journey” Service, please see additional offerings 

  • Upon Execution of Contract:

    • Review Offers & Disclosures for Compliance

    • Seller's Disclosure Creation (Listing) or Review (Buyers)

  • Prior to Closing:

    • Assist with Home Warranty Selection & Order, if applicable, and notify Title

    • Confirm Closing Date & Time with Buyer/Seller Clients, and confirm the items they will need to bring with them

  • Post-Closing:

    • Congratulations Email!

    • Support Buyer in Process to Claim Homestead Exemption

 

For You, the Agent:

  • Throughout Process:

    • Weekly Email Updates & Document Delivery to All Parties: Tracking Progress of Financials, Paperwork, and Appointments

    • Send Timely Reminders of Important Deadlines to Agent & all Third Party Individuals

    • Utilizing Agent’s Broker Portal: Collect, Track & Organize All Transaction Documents 

  • Week Prior to Closing:

    • Prepare & Send Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA/CD)

    • Final Confirmations of Paperwork & Money Transfer with Lender & Title

  • Post-Closing:

    • Confirm Closing & Final Funding

    • Verify Broker File Complete, Compliant, and Closed

    • Follow up with Buyer/Seller Client to Collect Review for Agent

Important Notes:

  • You, the Agent, are included on EVERY communication!

 

Listing Launch - Client Communications:

  • Send an introductory email to the sellers with a brief overview of next steps and a request for documents (survey, disclosures, etc.)

  • Send & Collect Seller's Disclosure Notice (SDN), through Glide

  • Obtain necessary client signatures on all required paperwork

  • Notify sellers once the listing is live, provide the MLS number, Property Website (if applicable) and follow up on any outstanding items, if needed

Listing Launch - File Preparation: 

  • Prepare all Listing and Brokerage Compliance Documents, including property-specific disclosures

  • Input listing details in MLS, including uploading photos & virtual tours

    • Agent to provide a property description

    • Agent to provide all information not available in Prior Listings or Public Records

  • Confirm Showing Instructions with Agent 

  • Upload documents to Transaction Desk 

    • Agent to provide Offer Guidelines document for MLS attachments, if desired

  • Once reviewed by Listing Agent, Update Status of Listing in MLS to Active, Updating Agent & Seller when listing is live

  • Submit listing file for brokerage compliance review & approval

Listing Management:

  • While the listing is active:

    • Add Open House details

    • MLS Updates (e.g., listing date or price changes)

Does NOT Include:

  • Marketing Services

  • Booking of Appointments​

Missing Documents

  • Prepare & Obtain Signatures for missing compliance documents required by Broker​​

Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA/CD)

  • Prepare & Send Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA/CD) for Broker Signature

  • Deliver Signed CDA/CD to Title

Post-Closing

  • Verify Broker File Complete, Compliant, and Closed

Step-up your Pre-Contract to Close Services by utilizing our Premier Home Journey emails.

This Upgraded Email Package includes:

  • Branded & Detailed Emails for your Clients, walking them through each stage of the process

  • Additional Emails, including Templates on Agent Recommended Providers, Checklists, and Tips

  • Scripts for Agents to record Optional Videos that personalize each step of the process

    • Please Note: I do not edit videos, but I will upload & “embed” in emails

    • Your Emails will still be welcoming without videos, if you choose not to include this option

  • After initial purchase & preparation of this package, additional purchases made within 6 months will be charged the discounted rate of $150. ​
